As a former Disney Cast Member, CJ spent years creating magical moments for guests and developed a deep love for the iconic snacks that make a day at the parks unforgettable. Inspired by this experience, Uncle Walt's Snack Shack was born to share that magical feeling with everyone.
What started as a passion for sharing that "first bite of a churro" feeling has grown into a full-service, family-friendly food truck experience. From warm, cinnamon-sugar churros to classic park-style treats, every item we serve is crafted to spark smiles and memories.
